Elixir acts as portfolio and platform where a variety of sonic services are showcased, aimed at the modern age of converging media.

Founded by Cedric Maurice Wiegel, Elixir is inspired by the deep history and art of bartending and imbibing alchemic remedies, liquids and drinks. We believe there are intricate parallels between experiencing the atmosphere at a good bar and the detailed production of good sound: tailor-made, memorable and immersive.

We thus curate the best ingredients to create meaningful sound experiences, achieving the right impact through research-based content, production, and technical execution.

We explicitly use new media to challenge our own definitions and to provoke innovative sound production methods, such as spatial audio, motion tracking, biofeedback and performative technologies.
Our aim is to create the ultimate synergy between our senses through the powerful means of sound.
ABOUT CEDRIC
Cedric is an accomplished Audio Producer, with specialisation in Sound Design for AV and Spatial Audio Productions. His signature is an interdisciplinary work approach that is known for a high degree of conceptuality and creative execution.

Having completed an MA in Audio Production from the prestigious University of Westminster, he had the opportunity to work with names such as H'ART Museum, Naughty Boy, Future Phonic Studios and Yuri Suzuki, amongst others.
​
With extensive international experience, having lived in Germany, Brazil, Syria, the Netherlands and the UK he thrives on building bridges between people, cultures and disciplines.
